On August 1, the Small Hall of the Embassy of Latgale GORS had turned into a back and white adventure of the improvisation, which symbolically began the new season of the concert hall and the month of August under the sign of films and music. The event was special not only in it`s content and shape. The person taking care of the adventures of the opening event was an improvisator Varis Klausītājs (Karaliskais improvizācijas teātris). The musical delight was created by the jazz trio – jazz singer Evilena Protektore (music band “Pieneņu vīns”), contrabassist Toms Lipskis, and pianist Andris Kauliņš. The evening was concluded with the screening of the romantic comedy-drama “The Artist”.
