The happenings take a place five years after the Russian Revolution. Despite the Soviet Clerks` requirement to “squeeze”, the assertive Zoya Denisova Pelc` has managed to keep her beautiful apartment. This becomes the source of her profit, in order to get away from the post-revolution everyday life with a person she loves. However, it is inhabited and craved by other people, and sometimes by some strange and mystic powers as well.
The play won the prize of “Diena” Annual Culture Award in 2012 by as an outstanding and qualitative fact of the art.
The play has been nominated to the Latvian Annual Theatre Award in 2012/2013 in 3 nominations – The Actor of the Year (Imants Strads), Set Designer of the Year and Costume Designer of the Year.
