In order to continue forming the Embassy of Latgale GORS as a united culture space of a national significance and ensure a well-balanced and qualitative culture offer in all of the represented forms of art, the concert hall establishes an annual open exhibition project competition. The Embassy of Latgale GORS in an almost 3 year long activity, fulfilling their main function as the concert hall, amongst the performing arts, at the public zone of the first floor offers to the audience numerous exhibitions. That has been a place different painting, photo, and design exhibition, as well as multimedia project display. Their creations have exhibited professional artists, as well as art and design students. In the beginning of the year, a special interest of the audience arose towards the interactive photo exhibition “Momentum” by Artūrs Kondrāts. Until the beginning of April, everyone can still attend the retrospection of portraits and sceneries of the professor Roberts Mužs. However, the emotionally visual summer adventure will be provided by the photo exhibition of Mētra Štelmahere.
The Embassy of Latgale GORS is open to the public and is encouraging the applications for the exhibitions of the visual and decorative arts, design, as well as culture education and heritage. Applications will be evaluated by the professional jury. The work with each of confirmed artists will be started shortly after the confirmation of the exhibition applications.
