The play “Seven–Septiņi” is based on seven stories and destinies of the women. They all are united by the power of overcoming the stereotypes, change of their life and the process of becoming an active participant of the social life. The production of SEVEN in Rezekne is created by the director Sintija Ludborža. Different roles of women will be expressed in the readings by Maija Brēķe, Lilija Žukova, Ilga Šuplinska, Anna Rancāne, Svetlana Skačkova-Marčenko, as well as the Ambassador of Sweden in Latvia - Henrik Landerholm.

Lobby of the first floor at the Embassy of Latgale GORS
The painter and graphic artist Pāvels Ostapcevs, was born in Rezekne, where he spent his childhood and the years of the school studies. The beauty of the motherland has inspired the artist and become the leading theme of P. Ostapcevs’ masterpieces and workshop activities. In the creations, he unites the influence of the Russian art school and the traditions of Latvian artists.
